Adam Winter
Adam Winter is Chief Executive Officer of Groq, where he leads the company’s expansion as a global AI infrastructure business focused on inference at scale. Groq operates data centers across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Over a 30-year career in technology, Adam has worked through two defining platform shifts: the rise of the internet and now artificial intelligence. He spent more than a decade at Cisco during the internet’s transformation of enterprise technology, before going on to build and scale businesses across cloud, cybersecurity and AI. Adam joined Groq in 2024 to lead its international business and became CEO in 2026.

Matt Eng
Matt Eng is a business operations and finance executive who has spent his career building and scaling critical functions inside complex technology organizations. At Groq he orchestrates business investments end to end, making sure capital is deployed efficiently as the company scales its infrastructure. He previously held leadership roles in global service operations, customer experience, and finance at VMware, Pivotal Software, and EMC.

Alan Rice
Alan Rice is a technology and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience leading critical infrastructure, hyperscale data centers, complex construction programs, and mission-critical operations. At Groq, he focuses on scaling infrastructure, strengthening operational execution, and building the teams and systems required to support rapid global growth. He brings deep expertise in critical facilities, organizational development, risk management, and cross-functional delivery. Alan was previously at xAI (now SpaceXAI) and Meta, after an earlier career in the U.S. Navy nuclear submarine operations.

Sinclair Schuller
Sinclair Schuller is a “lead from the front” technology & start-up executive. His role at Groq is to lead teams who develop the Groq software & hardware inference stack, and to own technology strategy decisions. He has started and sold multiple start-ups, including Apprenda, a pioneer in the Platform-as-a-Service era, and most recently, Nuvalence, a software development consulting firm focused on AI & platforms.

Rakesh Malhotra
Rakesh Malhotra is technology and product executive who has spent his career building teams, companies and commercial-grade enterprise platforms. He spent a decade at Microsoft where he led the teams delivering cloud and enterprise datacenter products. He would go on to co-found Nuvalence, a consulting firm helping organizations build AI platforms. Nuvalence was acquired by Ernst and Young where he ran the digital product and engineering practice for the firm.

Scott Albin
Scott Albin is a startup-to-scale-up business operator whose career has centered on data analytics and AI software and services for enterprises. He has led commercial, solution engineering, marketing and operations functions. In his past roles, he has advised and built global data, AI, and hardware technology businesses in North America, Asia and Australia. Scott previously was VP & GM, GroqCloud and VP & GM, APAC for Groq. Prior to Groq, he held leadership roles with data & AI businesses such as Demyst (acquired by Feedzai) and PwC.

Kelly Kozich
Kelly Kozich is a legal executive and strategic business partner with deep experience helping companies, from high-growth startups to global enterprises, to develop, commercialize, and scale innovative technologies across the full technology stack. She navigates complex legal, commercial, and operational challenges to enable rapid growth while building durable, scalable business foundations. Previously in her career, she advised product and commercial teams at Intel on cutting-edge computing technologies and advised on utility-scale energy infrastructure projects at Vestas.

Jacquie Hettinger
Jacquie Hettinger leads people strategy, operations, total rewards, and employee experience at Groq through a period of rapid growth. She partners with leadership to build scalable, people-first programs that reinforce the company’s culture and business objectives. She began her career in public accounting before moving into human resources, with earlier stops at E. & J. Gallo Winery and Farmers Business Network.
